Your property is photographed by professionally trained staff and we have the facility to have the photos professionally enhanced to ensure your property looks its best. This service is free of charge to anyone who is marketing a new property with us and combined with floorplans, will encourage any applicants looking to contact us to arrange a viewing. On any viewing, we can also supply coloured brochures highlighting the benefits of your property.

Our 10 strong highly skilled members of staff, are managed by our Lettings Director Charlotte Dyer. Charlotte has over 10 years’ worth of industry experience in looking after large client portfolios across the Kent area, all gained at Regal Lettings.

We have a dedicated lettings sales team, who deal with finding tenants on our portfolio of over 650 properties which expands across the East Kent area. We have carefully selected the team to ensure both our clients and customers have a great experience with us. We make sure you’re advised on who the tenant is prior to them proceeding with referencing so that you feel comfortable with the tenancy going forward.

Regal Estates is a member of The Property Ombudsman (Propertymark), ARLA, Homestamp, CMP (Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme) and complies with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
