Emergency contacts Regal Estates has agreements in place with the following emergency contractors. Please note that these numbers should only be used in the case of an emergency and a charge will be made for non-essential calls outs. Please ask the individual contractor for details.
Emergency Locksmith Acme Locks and Keys on 07974 428577 or 01227 785551. (Please note call outs to locksmiths will not be paid by Regal Estates without prior consent of confirmation of lock failure by the locksmiths. Regal Estates will not reimburse call outs made by any other locksmiths).
Emergency Plumber AP Plumbing & Gas – 07545 437227 / applumbing.gas@gmail.com (Unnecessary call outs will be payable by tenants.) Please ensure that you include your property address, name and contact telephone number. (Regal Estates will not reimburse call outs made by any other plumber). Please ensure that in the case of water leaks inside the property the water is turned off at the properties stopcock at the first opportunity.
